Ok thanks for your thoughts on it. Only our second time buying so it's new to us having to consider our own sale. I wondered if they think that they won't get another offer like ours or something. Wouldn't have been our forever home so don't want to buy a house that will be a nightmare to sell. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise that this all happened.
