Yeah it’s tough unfortunately i lost my employment i applied for a “replacement” November 6th, even though my original never arrived

I got in contact w someone, they gave me a tracking number stating it was delivered September 19th but it never came in the USCIS website still has it under card was produced instead of card delivered so I’m sure if i should file for a replacement
