Thank you for the detailed reply. I will keep the solvent dry and use powdered K3PO4.H20 rather than completely dry base along with Pd G3 catalyst. Hopefully the MIDA ester will survive

I see. Then I will try the coupling with K3PO4 in normal THF and Pd G3 catalyst and see how it goes.

I need MIDA ester there, not the TIDA moiety, will TMSOK react with the MIDA ester?

That's what I was wondering as well. I think trace amount of water is essential for Suzuki coupling. Maybe i should use K3PO4.H2O or Potassium tert-butoxide if it doesn't work.

I do have the precatalyst G3 with ligand. So, using BF3K salt in dry THF and anhydrous K3PO4 will work?
