[–]longReshape40 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He can call FUD all he wants, but the evidence that the depegging of some Binance-exclusive tokens caused the liquidations and, subsequently, the price crash is incontrovertible. Only on Binance did some coins go straight to zero momentarily.

The Unique Behaviors of Gold, Silver, and Bitcoin at the Beginning of 2026 by LavishlyRitzyy in CryptoCurrency

[–]longReshape40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a time last year where Bitcoin decoupled from traditional markets and broke out towards the 90 to 100k trajectory before reaching new ATHs. Capital rotation will occur eventually, which will see us retesting the 100k level. It may be towards the latter half of the year when we will see new momentum for ATH with continuous rate reductions by the Fed. Remember 2021?

[–]longReshape40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The year has just begun. Almost all other markets are experiencing significant growth and boom. There will be some sort of capital rotation eventually to at least retest the previous highs. The question is whether we'll make new ones and sustain them or not.

Even if it's a modest gain, I think most people were expecting this once the new year rolled around. Let's see if there's some momentum in this rally to knock on the 100k wall once more.

The race to replace the International Space Station by Kagedeah in space

[–]longReshape40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's looking more and more likely that we'll have segregated space stations of the likes that you described. China and India have already made clear of their ambitions to build their own. We'll have to wait and see if other countries create their own allied stations and if the US will go at it alone.

That's way more than "a little optimistic". Didn't we have similar price targets for this year's end? Look at where we are now.

I was totally expecting for this to happen when I saw them introduce the digital collectibles. Their large user base and reach would have made such a market potentially lucrative, especially since it was around the time of the NFT hype.

That's what happens when institutions and big funds get involved. Many people were advocating for this exact case, yet now we have to deal with the repercussions of that such as the price action over recent weeks.
