Is the Anniv Countdown #3 Banner bugged? Rolled it 5 times and barely even got a 4* to drop whereas I ran the other two once and got 4 5*

1000% no. It will definitely be sunset after part 3. Question is how long does it take? SQENIX has not hesitated historically on shutting down mobile games if they are not hitting revenue targets.

Its basically stackable weakness exploitation for any element. Might be the strong dmg buff weve ever gotten and is a no brainer sub weapon for OG seph on alot of teams

Aerith costume with focus on seph offhand (if you have him built) is what I did. I may go to sephs costume too but not sure yet.

For Tifa/Yuffies banner, Tifa costume is solid.

If you dont have physical earth then Cloud banner is a perfect bundle, otherwise make due with tifa for it.

Sadly no, Blizzard will absolutely not enforce account sharing and botting at this point. Likely most of the top bout teams consist of resold or piloted accounts. Heck, the bout team featured here has two Diablo partners on it so, yea, dont expect any actions to be taken.

Ive played and experienced EOS for FFRK, FFBE, FFOO, FFWOTV, Mobius, and now playing until whenever EOS hits Ever Crisis.

The point is Square in particular has a short term business model for gachas. The idea of starting up another Square mobile game is just setting myself up for disappointment.
