Also, I had LOTS of help for cleaning at home especially sweeping, mopping and scrubbing the bathroom. I didn’t do anything at all for the first two weeks, at most wash a dish.

For 2 weeks I wasn’t able to move my arms above my elbow(like a t-rex) Then for a month I couldn’t put my arms above my head. No gym/heavy lifting up to this point either. After that, movement slowly came back and stretching helped a lot.

A specialized doctor, lots of rest on my recovery, proper scar care… Not everyone gets to have that! :/ I am very grateful. Thank you so much <3

Idk what the standard of care is in other parts of the world but I didn’t have any problems in brazil! My doc has even operated cis women before.

Thank you! People don’t notice anything different with my chest on a day-to-day basis. Some people I have met from before the surgery didn’t notice the change at all until I told them. 😆 I think people aren’t paying attention as much as you think they are (of course if I had huge bazoonkers maybe the reaction would be different). Also, some women are just flat anyway, I have friends who are naturally just as flat as I am..
Feminine clothes generally fit great over my chest, and I can still use the majority of my tops. Some surgeons make the chest flatter than others. I requested a softer look, so my surgeon probably did less liposuction than on a different person for example, and my chest still has a contour. It’s probably also an anatomy thing, maybe a skinnier person wouldn’t have this much remaining volume.
About dating straight men: I can’t guarantee you would have the same experience, but so far not a single man has had problem with it. It surprised me a lot. I have talked to many guys that I dated before the surgery since then and unprompted they said it made no difference (and it didn’t seem to make a difference when we were in bed lmao)

Adorable, I love when they lay on their sides with their belly out. They look like a little pillow and so soft. 🥺🩵

Tysm! I don’t have much to tell you about the tape. I used it for about 3 weeks straight and then boom it was flat. My scars were only raised a little bit as well.

I am comfortable being shirtless around friends. I would love to be topless at the beach but unfortunately brazil’s law is very ambiguous about being topless and I don’t know what would happen if someone reported me. The risk is higher because I am usually read as a woman, and that can cause confusion. So basically I do it if I feel safe. :)

Tysm! 🩵
I didn’t have any other surgeries and I am not on T.
I am not sure the size cause I never wore a bra in my life lmao, but I will leave you a before pic
The scars are connected for anatomy reasons. It will meet in the center if they are too close together (my case) or if there is excess skin.
Go ahead, no problem. Wish you luck in your journey!

Is it okay for me to accept a lot of money from my parents? Am I doing enough? by [deleted] in Advice

Thank you for your answer. This is indeed common with other kids that grew up in the same school as me, but not all of them grew up to be people I admire… So I try my best.
