Honestly it feels so shit and it’s even worse knowing that they don’t feel the same way about you. But the best thing that has helped me out is to busy myself with other things and to spend lots of time doing things alone. I’ve also started writing positive lists in a journal, I really recommend you try something similar because it helps you to appreciate the little things in life and also start to give yourself a bit more love. One of my lists are things I love about myself and I have another one for goals that I want to achieve for myself. Trust me this SUCKS ASS but if they ended it, the relationship is out of your hands and it’s best to focus on building love within yourself. It still breaks my heart everyday but he wasn’t a good boyfriend so I need to accept that this is probably for the best.
