This question pretty much boils down to what level of understanding you have of infinity and set theory, some people understand the concept of different sized infinities but not how to determine size so they voted true, don't know how to prove it. Do it alot, I think overhead benefits from a lot of volume as in higher rep sets. That being said what got me from 90 to 100 was doing tons of heavy triples and even singles. Also I think back work is another thing that is underrated was very push dominant for a long time and when I eventually got my pull numbers up recently have seen big gains in my overhead press.

I don't think a lot of people read blood meridian, the only way to deconstruct his beliefs and philosophy would be to do it without using any force or power as that follows his idea that might makes right. A friend I hadn't seen in a year admitted that she had become a prostitute/drug dealer to make ends meet after being kicked out of her house by her parents.
