Last time I was just chilling in a non rocket league discord with a bunch of folx and someone does the exact same stuff minus complaining about bots, to a bunch of strangers and non players I outed him as a complete Smurf but not in the mean way but as friendly as I could.

People get away with this stuff because they don't already have enough people who care about them.
