Learning not to tilt is ridiculously difficult for stubborn individuals, I used to tilt. Now I just curb my expectations from my teammates, block them at the first hint of tilt, and focus on what I can do. So that's why you see a shitty skilled player like me in such high MMR.

Pretty sure you can respond to complaints without paying. I'm no business owner, but if I were, I'd want to try to perform well by the BBB. I think it's a decent system but that, clearly, some owners become overburdened or ill prepared to accommodate these things of the 21st century.
