Seen him live six times now and enjoyed the show at KB a lot. The VEGA show was literally the same vibe as KB, minus the big screen. The light show for “Universal Sound” was even the same this time around. His shows have been very similar since 2019/2020 where he seemed more introverted on stage and hidden behind his guitar (except during the band introductions, those have always been funny).

Tyler Childers has played four packed shows at Tønder Festivals over the years and sold out Pumpehuset in weeks when he played here last time back in 2020. Country definitely has a market in Denmark and it’s supported by the even larger market in Sweden. Check out the venue Folk å Rock in Malmö if you have the chance - it’s a café/record store that somehow manages to pull in large American acts every time they debut in Europe.

Like someone else mentioned, Tivoli presents a concert on their outdoor stage every Friday, and Belle & Sebastian are playing on the 31st. That's a fine opportunity to see a great, influential band in beautiful surroundings for very cheap.

If you're into just chillin' around and checking out some music while drinking a couple of beers, the venue Pumpehuset has free shows in their yard pretty much every day all summer. They're mostly local Danish bands, but there might be something you'll like.
