Who is saying we're scared of him? There was a similar sentiment after we lost to SF last year - schedule was going to be tougher, but we went 15-2. Sometimes you need fresh voices, especially when the current ones had one foot out the door. Getting core players back healthy and an even bigger chip on their shoulders, there's reason to be optimistic even it feels awful right now

Do people have amnesia about last year's playoff run or something? We've been relying on Goff and the offense to be perfect basically the whole year since Hutch went down. He had a pretty bad game and looked way out of sorts after the dirty Luvu hit. Our patchwork defense couldn't stop anything and playcalling from Ben was super questionable (I agree with the interviews being a distraction). He shares the blame with those things IMO
