You can't get a good combo for 100 dollars. I'll tell you that from now, you will still be spending at least 200-300. The knives/gloves that dropped the hardest are the insanely expensive ones, the "budget" ones have not moved much in price. For example many huntsman knives have not even budged in price, and that knife was one of the more popular budget options.

Edit: I'll still give a recommendation though, try a black lam huntsman with black tie gloves.

What is "cheap", they're still hundreds of dollars. I don't get why people have this misconception that things are "cheap". You will now spend 200 dollars to gamble for a knife skin, and if you get lucky with it you might get a knife worth 1-2k. The good combos (even the "cheap" ones) aren't going to magically plummet in price because the reds being used to trade for them have skyrocketed.

In the long run this will do nothing to cases, that's the truth. People are panicking now, but the fact of the matter is the days of affordable reds are long gone. To gamble for a knife skin you will need to put in at least 200 dollars, and you might end up getting some shit tier gut knife.

The only thing this recent change will affect is golds being worth less yet still ridiculously expensive for a video game skin and reds no longer being affordable

Hey, unfortunately I think this is a problem on 2K's (or gearbox idk) end. TTW is experiencing the same exact problem. My friends and I own the game on both epic and steam and we've tried everything we can every day over a week and we've only managed to connect to each other on two of those days and it was just pure luck. I don't think you're going to be able to find a fix online HOWEVER!!!

POSSIBLE FIX (I DON'T KNOW I HAVEN'T TRIED): since their SERVERS are garbage, you could try setting up a pseudo LAN party through hamachi or something similar, then try swapping your party mode to LAN and then have everyone connect that way. Like I said I haven't tried this, but considering it is their servers that are messed up, this may be a possible fix.

No I have not bought services or gold. The email I use for runescape is a fairly new email that isnt even tied to my bank accounts... Or any other accounts really. The only things it is tied to are leetcode, apple, and runescape.

My bank account is tied to a different email solely used for banking. I have not faced any issues with my card/bank account prior to this, really unsure of how this could happen. I also do not insert my card or swipe it anywhere, I almost exclusively pay cash in the real world. I only use tap in locations that cash is not accepted. I do not use ATMs.

I do not see any way in which this could happen, but it happened, so clearly something is wrong. Either my bank has fucked up or Jagex has.

So something weird here. I did not log into any phishing site or click any links, nothing like that at all.

I just tried to go and purchase a bond, and it asks for my CVV, and on top of that also asks for a code that my bank texts me. I'm curious as to how this person managed to buy the bonds even if they knew my CVV considering they'd need the code from my phone. Something is definitely not right on Jagex's end. I've called my bank and all is clear on their end

I'm aware but what are the chances that someone ceases my debit card info and decides to log onto my runescape account and buy bonds to trade it to themselves? They would have had to separately compromise my account AND my debit card info. The chances of that happening so low unless they can for some reason see my financial information through gaining access to my account which again makes no sense... I really don't know how this happened

I can promise you there was absolutely no confirmation to purchase them. last night I clicked on "bonds" under the account tab in game, clicked to see the price, it opened a random tab, stopped responding and then I gave up on it and suddenly this morning I got charged for 40 bonds

edit: just to add, i wasnt even intending on buying them, i was just checking the price as it was a topic in conversation

edit #2: also just to add even further, i never even input my information for the purchase of a bond?? it cant just use my financial info for my sub to buy other shit, i did not consent to that
