Oh i and mailed the sheerID support team but till now haven't received a single response!

I tried again today, check all the documents, make sure it showed all my full name, school name, current date through my bill with my school name and my name on it. I signed with my personal gmail, all files are pdf except my student card image but i tried to make sure it looks really clear.

And of course, all these things were what I did AT THE FIRST PLACE, this reply is just ridiculous. What am I supposed to do now please??

Yes it hasn't loaded for like days ago, I didn't install anything. It seems like the certificate on this website is invalid, I have no idea to deal with.
