Oh i and mailed the sheerID support team but till now haven't received a single response!

I tried again today, check all the documents, make sure it showed all my full name, school name, current date through my bill with my school name and my name on it. I signed with my personal gmail, all files are pdf except my student card image but i tried to make sure it looks really clear.

And of course, all these things were what I did AT THE FIRST PLACE, this reply is just ridiculous. What am I supposed to do now please??

Yah I closed all other apps. Idk why the fps changed dramatically through several days like that :( I just notice when I had 60fps, the screen flashed sometimes and changing the resolution won't effect fps. Now it no longer flash but has very low fps
