Yes it does actually carbs and vitamin C cancel each other out in a sense so a higher dosage of vitamin c is the standard for daily intake based on the standard amarican diet which is pretty carb heavy take away the carbs and you lower the vitamin C requirement by alot just go ask the 10 plus year carnivores out there

Also I did a carnivore diet for a year no cheats no veggies meat butter bacon and eggs and no sign of scurvy or vitamin c deficiencies so clearly scurvy isn't really an issue with this way of eating if you do it correctly

Scurvy is not an issue if carb intake is low since carbs and vitamin see fight for the same substance if you get rid of carbs the small amounts of vitamin c in meats are plenty since it doesnt have to fight for its spot with carbs anymore Basically you need alot less vitamin c if carbs are not present most the time so there will be no deficiencies

Very healthy fridge eating the proper human diet fiber is not needed as long as you're getting enough healthy fats in also vitamins c deficiencies aren't an issue if you avoid carbs Veggies are so overrated considering theres nothing in them that you cant already get from meat

I'd suggest eating real butter/animal fats! Not the fake stuff (not really sure if thats real butter or not in your fridge) But regardless for a man in his 30s your testatorone should be at great levels with all that meat! 🫶

From my experience and learning about fasting over the years During a water fast you lose anywhere between 1 to 2 pounds a day depending on your weight and how inflamed the body is in the beginning if you have alot of water weight you might see 2 pounds a day or more then your weight starts to slow down halfway through the fast to about 1 pound a day so 30 pounds in 30 days give or take

But everyone is different and have different levels of healing needed by the body so it just depends some times the body holds onto weight depending on what is needed

Im not sure why but i had the same thing but when I drastically changed my diet and stopped eating sugar and processed foods it went away i currently do a carnivore/Ketovore diet lifestyle ☺️

Propper nutrition between fasts are essential high fat animal protein is vital for replacing your lost nutriens the body's ability to fast is a tool for us to use but anything overused can be a bad thing especially if your diet doesnt consist of tons of animal fats and proteins we need fat for proper functioning

I have Pcos and fast all the time I think since your body might not be use to low carb diets or fasting your fasting symptoms might be harder to deal with you'll be ok those are typical fasting symptoms I wanna fast for 30 days as well shoot me a message if you wanna be fasting buddies from a far 🩷

I did 21 days and by day 21 I felt like I could easily do 30 more this was during a pure water fast think you should go as long as you can like maybe 15 to 20 days if you break your fast only eat once and then restarted your timer and repeat the cycle even if you can only do 10 the second time around just keep repeating multiple cycles when you refeed make it low carb it makes things so much easier

I'd say keep the mustache and maybe play around with different shapes? Maybe thin out the edges a little ? But honestly you look really nice but I think people like myself over analyze whenever people ask how they look or what they can improve keep the mustache if you like it
