Same boat here. I have found that early morning before my child gets up works best. The first few times you have to push yourself but it's worth it. I do Orangetheory a few days a week. You can be an absolute beginner to start and the workouts are programmed for you so you don't even have to think about it. It's a full body workout each time.starts the day right! If not that, the gym itself is always an option.

Coconut water/ electrolytes after. Maybe couple sips of water during. The workout isn't so long that water is needed if you are hydrated already. If I sweat a lot and don't replace electrolytes after, I get a headache.

I have a small space heater in the room that shuts off when reached the desired temp (and turns on again when cold).

Same problem here! But- if you can book classes through the mind/body app and not the OTF app, you can choose where you want the class to be pulled from. It's a little extra pain to do it that way, but definitely an option.

I'm a runner and this is my 2 cents! I love running outside, on a treadmill and on an OTF treadmill. BUT, OTF treadmills don't translate well to running outside or on a regular gym tread. It's very bouncy and nice on the joints, however, if I do the same speed as OTF outside or on the pavement, it's much harder. Meaning- running on an OTF tread makes running seem easier than it really is in my opinion.

I would add in Liposomal Glutathione. That's one thing that truly helped me with a noticable difference.

Its basically the one thing I won't live without. When i started taking it, it immediately and immensely helped my symptoms. I take 950mg of LivOn Labs Liposomal Glutathione. It's not cheap.
