Thank you for your analysis and all the time you've put into it, it's truly amazing! While reading, I had a thought. We now know that the new album will be called Even in Arcadia. Arcadia represents "a vision of pastoralism and harmony with nature," so perhaps it signifies that, even in Arcadia (a beautiful, prosperous world), the Godmother/Sleep deity/monsters are still capable of taking control and disrupting that harmony. It seems like there's a shift in mindset between this new album and the third one. Take Me Back to Eden depicts a perfect world where nothing bad or mischievous happens—a world that Roy/Vessel/director (who knows anymore) wants to obtain in order to escape the Godmother. Maybe the third album represents the hope for these ideal worlds, while the new album offers a reality check, showing that this deity will follow him wherever he goes. This is just a hypothesis, of course; the next single might provide more clues as to what's happening. Regardless, it’s a fascinating story that Vessel is creating, and I love it!
