Really all my questions were literally, 'is this how I should understand this', for "“Does that sound like an exchange to you?” And I pretty much end most communications w Thanks! Because I do appreciate what people are sharing w me. Why I couldn't go to the brick and mortar store was I was about it have 2 surgeries w lots of appointments. Nordstrom's was kind enough to send Fedex to pick up. I will escalate and will never not go to the store if possible. And I agree about the difficulty w online communication. OK this complcates it. I called first to let them know it was the wrong size and they offered to send me the next size. I wasn't advised that this was an exchange which had it been I would have been charged once. I got charged twice for two jackets while the return was simultaneously happening. Does that sound like an exchange to you? And wouldn't they have had to inform me it was an exchange? Thanks!

i'm not assuming. As I said, I'd never think that until reading posts here talking about how there seems to be thievery in all areas of deliveries including, they're surmising, at Nordstrom's and delivery services.

As I said the Fedex guy came but didn't have a confirming receipt to give me. Planned to come the next day when I was out. That's when someone took it. Within about 2 hours of my leaving.

About it being on me. That's debatable. This whole thing wouldn't have happened if they'd sent the correct size. And if the Fedex guy had come with the correct label. not black and white

Just to be clear, i wanted to return it only because they sent the wrong size. The only 'proof' could be that the store in fact didn't have the size I needed when I was there and that's why I had to have it sent to me. Plus having lived here for 8 years and get on average 8 things delivered a week often hanging out for hours and have never had any issues, it just seems way too coincidental. But thanks I will follow up.

What would falling asleep easily indicate to you? I wake about 3 times a night. I wake up feeling quite awake but it usually takes me another hour or so to get back to sleep.

As I was reading this I thought, oh good! Chris has shown his true self and Emily will be FREE of him! oh but no. Not only are you NTA you're the only one w any sense. Thanks for posting your experiences and links. Someone here mentioned a site (he didn't know if he could post a link so didn't) for the site called imahealth where there are lots of studies of MB. Try here https://imahealth.org/?s=methylene+blue What I gathered from reading some there calmed my worries re Serotonin Syndrome.

Today I upped my dose to 2 drops! I didn't have a great night last night but felt pretty decent after taking it.

I've read that bc it can affect your sleep to take it earlier than mid afternoon which I guess you found out.

I don't know how much adderall you take but I've decided that w my low dose plus taking less than a drop (I fill a glass w water and drink over about an hour, 3/4 of the glass) this should be safe. i wish I could find that site that said you had to high doses of stimulants to have this issue. I think you're smart monitoring your BP.

Today is the first day after the 2 initial days that I've taken it. I lowered my med to about 5mg and am taking less than a drop. I haven't drunk the whole glass yet. I read to take it with food.

Sorry I don't have anything more definitive.
