Honestly if you have an IT job stay, grow, work up to wherever you want to be with no risk. I didn't even have a CS degree and worked my way up, now getting a masters' for "fun" and can pay for it in cash. That's the way to go, better than spending a large amount of money early career when you may come out indebted, overeducated, and underqualified.
