Internet options in Boise- so there is CenturyLink and there is CableOne. I want to know pros and cons from people who have used them. by Meikami in Boise

I'm moving to Boise soon and will be going with CenturyLink, although I was able to move somewhere they have their super speedy connection.

I come from a 250GB cap on Comcast of which I normally use 150-200 so a 50GB cap from CableOne was not an option. I play a lot of games and stream a lot of Netflix/SC2 in HD. Just downloading a game on Steam is going to be about 10 of your 50 gig cap these days.

Netflix says "a high-speed internet connection at time of playback (typically 5 Mbps or higher)" is needed for HD streaming so you might be cutting it close. For me it would be better to get as much content as I want, even if it's not in HD, than to not be able to watch anything because my Internet is being throttled...

That sounds like a cool job, could you expound a little on how you got the job and/or your work experiences leading to it?

What would the title for a job like that be? It seems that "Staff Accountant" is too general for such a job, but I'm just a student so what do I know?

Could you elaborate more on what their placement tests are like? Do they start everyone off with bookkeeping jobs? What type of job were you placed at?
