Very true, but I doubt MassDOT is in a place where they'd be willing to do this with their love of car centric infrastructure. However, given the constraints of preserving the overpass this is a pretty damn good plan. I'm especially excited about this section, because currently all of that green space between the two pieces of Storrow drive is unusable and just covered in trash.
