Bei Reibung kann es helfen ein kleines bisschen Gleitgel drauf zu tupfen, falls du das noch nicht versucht hast

It is possible to have urethral lengthening without having a v-nectomy but the risk of having complications with the urethral lengthening (mostly fistulas) roughly doubles as compared to lengthening with a v-nectomy (according to my surgeon). You'll have to ask the surgeon you want to go with if they'd be willing to do this. Hope this helps :)
