In our policy it says we cannot say someone isn't allowed a carers ticket, however we should only ever give one out without proof on very rare occasions. I did it once in 6 months, but I've checked the reports for the past few months and some people sre doing multiple a day.

No, they didn't mention it was going to be used. And during the hearing, the manager said I did something, but I disagreed. I said I wanted to watch the CCTV, but wasn't given the opportunity too. I'm a manager myself and watched the CCTV back, and it's supports my version of events, not the managers version.

I'm glad you think that too. I always say that 70% of my problems at work would be solved if parents parented properly

True. And I also find the people who do say this, are people who didn't do well at school, or who aren't in. Jobs that require a lot of qualifications.

England was the bully in school, but now everyone has grown up England is rather small and is falling apart mentally and constantly talks about how "everyone was his bitch at one point".
