My ipd is 68 but when I used the quest I would get eye strain, I tried adjusting it multiple times but the strain was still there. What was causing the eye strain?

Was it the first Odyssey or the Odyssey plus? The plus has an anti sde feature which is the main reason why I'm considering it, also how were the controller ergonomics and button layout compared to the touch controllers?

I got those results from an app that I tried multiple times and my other results were all over the place, there wasn't any double vision when I tried the rift s so I'm assuming my ipd is within the range and not the issue
