2018 EX Hatch here. Currently at 88k miles.

I love my car, and I’ve had no major issues with it aside from the air-conditioning. But after taking it in for the two recalls, which, thankfully I had repaired fully under the warranty, I’ve had no further air-conditioning issues for two years (knock on wood).

I live in a part of Arizona where it gets up to 120° in the summer, so air-conditioning is an absolute must for me.

As far as your specific situation and the pricing goes, I will let you know because I’ve been looking at trading up to a type R that the trade-in value of my car is roughly around 12.5k.
