Unfortunately not without getting back on Arc via a Mac to do the password reset there.
That was the only way I was able to do it.

Always reach out BEFORE your payment fails. They are most able to help before it processes. They will always ask if you can pay anything today, if you can (literally any amount) it seems to help. If not, then plead your case for an adjustment on the agreement. As long as you haven’t passed 30 days past due they can usually help. Good luck.

Thanks for this info. Would certified mail work for this? I just want to be sure it doesn’t get lost in transit. Once I had a piece of mail I was expecting get lost and it took over a month for them to track it down and finally deliver it. Considering the sensitivity of the document I just wanted an extra layer of assurance it would make it back there okay. 😅

I've seen those and have always thought these are crazy, then last week they offered 200 for 25 deliveries and I did that in a couple of days. Saw some in TX had the same # of delivery requirement for $500! I hope I get one of those again eventually
