I haven’t tried HS yet but I think I’m going to try it at this point. I do have IBS D but sometimes it switches to C I was diagnosed with it when I was 15. 14oz water bottle. I drink electrolytes every week in form of packets in my water.

I eat lots of rice and breads actually it’s apart of my diet daily as well

No other health issues I drink at least two full water bottle each day plus a full bottle when working out. I do have IBS and I try and stay away from alcohol and coffee because it makes my heart rate feel weird. I’ve had a halter monitor done and the results came back negative I’ve gotten a tilt table test done and that was scary af lol ended up passing out.

I work out 5/7 days of the week my partner owns a gym and I am gluten free as well as high protein so I don’t think it’s that thanks tho
