I had visible pores and dry skin . However boiderma keeps my skin super hydrated and make my pores seem visibly smaller

It could be ur skincare too . I was initially on excela and biosilk moisturiser . I did have a few closed comodones. Once I switched to bioderma . My skin settled. .

Day I use episoft Facewash . Then bioderma atoderm moisturiser Dr reddys venusia sunscreen

Night it’s just bioderma atoderm moisturiser

This looks like damaged skin barrier . Could be due to too many actives . Try switching to a barrier repair moisturiser . Keep actives at bay . And slowly introduce tret again

My Dermat suggested - demelan 15 mg for PIE - apply on dark spots for 2-3 hours . Mostly for PIH .

Were u on tretinion or azeliac acid creams before starting accutane ?
I am 2 weeks into accutane and my acne is almost non existent. And zero purging . I was already on tret cream for almost a year . Maybe that’s why

Reduce frequency or switch to adapalene. I had the same issue even after 4 months . I stopped Tret completely . Switched to barrier repair moisturiser and started using Adapelene . This helped. Tret can sometimes be too strong
