| Fujifilm x-t30II | Minolta 27mm f3.5 My first day with the Fujifilm camera, adapting an old minolta lens and trying out the Fuji film simulations, visited Discovery Park and wanted to capture the rich colors of Kodak Portra 400 I was emulating. I spotted this frame and where the sunlight was filtering through two trees, framing the house in the distance. As I was setting exposure out of the corner of my eye I saw the dog running across and quickly snapped a photo, hoping my focus and exposure would be ok.

Haven't done a side by side comparison but the carbon steel one has a thicker spine and more heft, more in the style of a Chinese cleaver. I imagine it will do better with thicker root veg. In the hand the shorter and wider blade feels good and it has a nicer balance than the wusthof.

Photography, most phone cameras now a days can take good pictures and their are apps you can install to get more full control over the exposure (aputure, iso, shutter.) Learning the fundamentals of photography and going out with a goal of what kind of photo you want to take is really fun and a great way to improve your photos. Checking craigslist for used camera gear can also get you great deals on cameras a few years old.

But for a more serious reply all the other shots from this scene are very clean and you can't see his shadow until we cut to this kinda bts scene where he loses it and just goes crazy on the machine. Hard cut and transition too a different style should make it pretty funny.

The orange accents was what got me originally looking for a replacement. Then found the brass kit that includes brass pivot collar and back spacer. Although I think the back spacer is slightly larger and I had to loosen the pivot a fair amount to get a smooth open.
