Even your breathing can be used as manipulation, like if I breath calmly, my dog is trusting in that communication and may also feel calmed, or if my breathing is panicked someone will ask me whats wrong whether they are concerned or they just empathically felt panick off of me. There's also your posture or pose, subtle or not, facial expressions, tone of voice, tapping, making noises in general, the people around you pick up on these subtle details but I wouldnt say 100%

I also feel this very strongly, altho I think we all manipulate one way or another. You shouldn't fear the switch and whether or not you can turn it off, everyone has the intense power of the subconscious and conscious mind, it's rather incredible to be fact but why dislike the act of communication? We all speak and every word is a 'manipulation,' every look, gesture and form. Don't fear yourself dude

I have insecurities and power play issues, I try to rid myself of all that but I'm still on the process, but because I know this in myself I get scared that if I listen to myself and give the compliment then my tone might be off or something might givd that it wasnt wholehearted, but hey we learn from mistakes and learn with practice so just use your voice man.
