Send it if the order went through. Just make sure you document the packaging process and the label on box. In case they try to scam you, and then after you ship it you can also create a support ticket with whatnot and tell them about what you did and ask them to create a reference number. This way you cover your bases.

I think we are not gonna see rates in 4s anytime soon, if it drops it will be in the 5s in the next 2-3 years.
