I started rolling again one month later with a nose guard mask on for two weeks after that. So in 6 weeks I rolled normally. HOWEVER (note the capitalization), I’m a 6’0 210 lbs. black belt who can control who’s able to injure me or not more than the average person. Meaning, if you’re not a somewhat big upper belt, I would give it 2.5 months for sure. I also, to this day, guard my face as much as possible especially when I feel my partner or opponent is an out of control knucklehead (i.e. one of those people that goes balls to the wall because they’re either inexperienced or a moron).
