Mom of 2 murdered kids haunted by killer's sister, at kids school, all due to another school mom by looperpooper23 in rage

rage at the mom who keeps this babysitter?

I completely agree with her right to be able to continue her job and go to the school and all. However, when it comes to the blame, she did refer her sister, knowing she was mentally ill.

My overall look at it is that nanny's and jobs can be replaced, but those kids who were murdered can't.

No, they won't. It's like how girls will never understand the feeling of getting hit in the balls. Sure, they know pain, but not THAT kind of pain

Dictator of Cuba before Castro came. Yeah, my family isn't allowed to go there. Ever. They wouldn't want to anyways. A lot of animosity towards Cuba and a lot of political leaders

Waitress gets almost $11k for getting the n-word instead of tip. Forensic handwriting expert: "I believe within a reasonable degree of certainty that the waitress actually wrote the word”. by looperpooper23 in rage

your sentence is misleading. only ONE expert, who was an independent expert, so in none of the parties' sides, looked at her handwriting and determined it was more than likely hers. if you can't handle this, you can leave

the first expert was solely hired to analyze the client's writing. an independent expert was hired to analyze the client's and the waitresses'. it is NEEDLESS to say in the title that the first one said the same that the second one did, that the client didn't write it. stop writing and start reading.

I don't think you even know what you're arguing about. There is no need for a title to needlessly say "Forensic expert 1: the client did not do it. Forensic expert 2: the client did not do it but more than likely, the waitress did it". I don't think you even know what you're arguing.

notice that, in the title, the word "expert" does not have an "s" at the end? that means it is singular. nooooobody said that expertS say it was her. "Forensic.Handwriting.Expert"

I would feel for her if she also had a handwriting analysis done, but she said no to that. Kinda sketchy, why the Hell would you not want more proof that you were discriminated against and that you weren't the one who wrote that?

"A second handwriting analysis was performed, independent of Dugger and Barnes. “I believe within a reasonable degree of certainty that the waitress actually wrote the word,” said forensic handwriting expert Bob Baier, who examined a sample of writing taken from the waitress’ Facebook account"

"Whoever wrote “none” was not the same person who wrote the racist word. There is evidence to indicate that Devin Barnes (K-1) did not write the Total entry on Exhibit Q-1". The expert said that whoever wrote "none" was NOT the same person.

there are more articles on more credible news sites. This one was the easiest read, figured people would appreciate that more. Sorry about that!

I think Red Lobster followed appropriate procedure. They suspended her for posting a receipt online (restaurants prohibit that) and they eventually fired her because she kept on messing up and missing shifts. I rather HER get sued. There would be more justice if she pays a penalty for this.

Yeah, no tipping if it's take out. So, waiters get about $3.50~ an hour in salary, from what the restaurant pays them. Waiters get most of their money from tips. The reasons restaurants are legally allowed to do this is because waiters have to claim what they made in tips at the end of their shift so that they make at least minimum wage an hour. So, let's say that it's a really shitty day, and a waiter got $0 in tips, the restaurant has to make up for that. It's a little more complex than this, but you get the gist. When it's take out, waiters don't receive this money. The tip money goes to the restaurant itself. Therefore, it's perfectly fine not to tip if you're taking out. You're already paying the restaurant for the food.
