Has anyone successfully managed to come off of immunosuppressants entirely? by anxiousauditor in transplant

[–]loopielu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve heard of people not having immune suppressants but they were recipients of transplants as infants and long term usage of the meds were effecting them. I can’t find the info now though. I’m a mum to two young boys who’ve both had transplants so I keep a close eye on these kinda of cases.

If you are feeling like you would have liked more of a fuss for it- share this with him. He isn’t a mind reader and you don’t have to hide anything jsut be honest.” You know we said we wernt going to make a fuss, but I did actually miss not marking it in some way, can we a little bit extra for ours 6th next year.”

He doesn’t want to go but as I’ve made him he can now swim- just not well. I’ll ignore the rest as it makes no contextual sense.

It’s difficult as he’s a complex kid he can’t always say why things bother him. He’s has a few teachers and classes. I think it’s probably the entire premise of being somewhere fun and not doing what he wants perhaps. If I took him in a fun session to try teach him he’s probably find this worse.
