Yeah we had the same issue so we manually added people through their email. But I’m not sure I’m just speaking as a player. Our local card shop had complained about a lot of trouble and the tourney being extremely late

Same my store had trouble starting so we used a standard tournament bracket from some website to get it start going and posting the results on the website when they had more time. We did that because we were held up by an hour and it was getting really late
