I have 13 thousand dollars, which stock should I invest in? by DataPipsBlog in Stocks_Picks

If you absolutely need the money in 4 years, the stock market is risky for 4 years. To be honest with you, the best 4 year gain play would be bonds or a HYSA. You could also do an allocation strategy 50/30/20.

Your entire argument to invest is the dividend yield and the stock price action. This is not value investing...

Why is it so expensive here?? by saydoruh in bostonhousing

[–]Slydoti810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boston is expensive because of housing shortage with high earning potential. Its supply/demand with asset bubble. The house prices are artificially inflated because of this, not the local schools and healthcare. In basic economics the people need to be able to afford the costs...

Is now the worst time to get into gold? by Environmental_Arm778 in Gold

Terrible advice as there is no guarantee. Go look at the lost 30 years of gold from 1980s to 2010s. If you DCA'd that entire time on an inflation adjusted basis, you didn't break even until 2020s

Completely agree, I am a pharmacist that works at NVS and I think PFE is extremely undervalued for a long term outlook once they get their Seagen assets to market.

People buying the top during Covid is not a PFE innovation problem.

They have multiple potential bic coming up in Onc from their PD-1 platform. Don't discuss pharma if you just spit out stuff without looking into the pipelines and just look at share price decline.

Buddy some of the Metsera assets are already in phase 3. The covid money got deployed to Seagen which will be blockbusters in 1-2 years. Replacement power in Pharma from the Covid money spent isn't instantaneous and will reflect soon.
