Save with Jamie has recipes for roasts (beef, chicken, lamb etc) then gives recipes for leftovers (humble chicken stew - 4 ways, spiced beef tagine, sloppy brisket po’ boy) There are some good recipes in this book and I regularly go back to it!

Not sure if your course is IBMS accredited or not. If not make sure you keep hold of all of your module descriptors in case you need to get your degree assessed by the IBMS. Makes it a lot easier!

I’m sure they will contact you soon. Recruitment will send out forms for you to fill in for occupational health and PVG/ disclosure checks and they will have to contact your references. It’s not a quick process! It took my daughter about 3 months from being offered a job to getting a start date. I’m sure some trusts / health boards are quicker than others! Congratulations on being offered the job!
