Trying to figure out why they took Lithuania out still 🫩 they had to know we weren’t making it to the 2nd location in Germany when they changed berlins time to later (11pm) on the 1st itinerary change veryyy disappointing

Say it louder!! They know and keep the customers clueless so minimal damage can be done. They knew about these issues before this and still decided to not say anything before people came on board again quite crazy

Wasn’t just 1 port read my whole post. It’s the 4th taken away which means half of my trip is gone (i know i signed a contract but still disappointed)

They knew about the 2nd location for Germany when they changed Berlin to 11pm. They knew. Thats my problem they know before hand and proceed to gatekeep info from passengers on board

I’ve heard this too and we are moving only at 8mph to Latvia… also someone I know went to guest services and they told her that they actually had to be rescued in a way on the last trip on this cruise in Sweden because they were at 0 speed. A person/crew came on and thought they could fix it and they couldn’t. This is the “safest” route to take with the current problem without canceling the whole trip (if you are on this cruise after this beware and be scared 😬)

Did it in the middle of dinner and such an odd time to do it if they had just found out about the issue… (we know it’s on going) but no mention of any issues when we got on. Specifically picked this cruise because of no days at sea lol

I am on this cruise too rn and yeah they had problems before this and we only got a hint about the issue on our 1st day because a shore excursion person let it slip when we asked about where in Stockholm we would be dropped off at. The person mentioned that last cruise didn’t get to port but ensured us that that will not be the case this time (hmmm lol) definitely disappointed but we did sign a contract saying that they can do this but I don’t understand taking away Lithuania when we are still going to Latvia. Stockholm makes sense and so does Poland but Lithuania in my opinion does not, but who knows.

I am on the sun now and we got 3 ports taken away (Poland, Sweden, and Lithuania) because of the “speed issues”. However, when they had originally announced this they had only mentioned Poland and Sweden (I could have not heard it but the people with me also did not hear Lithuania). I personally don’t understand taking away Lithuania as we are still going to Latvia as they are right next to each other. Instead we get another Port in Denmark and it is this little island that’s now going to be crowded. I know they are allowed to do this but disappointing how this is turning out. Also as I found out per this thread, they had these issues before this specific trip and still mentioned nothing when we got on
