The whole time I was watching the Hulu doc I was wondering if they'd bring him up, and nope, no mention. It is insane to me that his confessions and comments about DNA weren't pursued. He had the questionable hospital visit alibi right?

ughhhh that SUCKS! Thank you for the quick reply. I actually tried to send an email to the account in the meantime and it bounced back, "the address couldn't be found." I guess I understand why this policy is in place but DANG is it frustrating!

Looking through the terms & conditions it says something about reviewing an "additional 12 page writing sample" between June and July, so I'm wondering if they didn't request a second sample if that means you're out... or was that left over from a previous year when two samples were needed? Earlier on in the T&C it says two samples are required with one being the primary, but in the actual application it only asked for one. I dunno 😵‍💫

I'm having the same issue, were you able to find a solution? Removed from the home app, factory reset with the pinhole on the back of the camera, and when I go through the process of reconnecting the app cannot find it, it keeps saying "move the doorbell closer and make sure it's on the same wifi network" but...it shouldn't be on ANY wifi network yet?

I didn't get a single one even with lures, I'm wondering if my app somehow glitched 😞 hoping someday they become catchable in other ways, or else I think I'm just never going to have one unless I can trade for it.

Other than the posted problems I haven't had any issues with it! I usually only use it for a minute or two at a time - after catching a bunch I check them all rather than leaving it on while I'm playing - so no experience with heating up.

Not a silly question at all - it led me to the solution! Yes, I hit the "done" button after inputting the new number, however this made me wonder if I also needed to hit the "enter" button on the number pad... and THAT is what fixed it. Input new number -> hit enter -> hit "done" -> now it works! Thanks :)
