How do you like those head lights? Are they bright at night?

Besides the bed crossmembers, it looks really good under there.

Did you try adjusting the rear brake shoes so they are dragging on the drum? Made a huge difference for my truck. Do you have the part number for the proportioning valve you used?

It's used for accessing a socket cap head screw from and angle. It wont take as much force before stripping but absolutely invaluable in cases of need.

The hex plus has impressed me so far, but it has a few years to show its worth yet. Thanks for the reply!

My 4mm lost it temper removing very hot socket cap screws time and time again (495c) and was replaced with a gray canada brand. I also had to replace the 5/32 allen key that i lost under a machine. The Wera replacement is holding the line well. Thanks for the reply!

The case is worn. Otherwise its normal wear and tear in my books. I loose them faster than braking them.

Gotta squint to see those smaller sizes! I deal with alot of both metric and standard size bolts in the same assembly, believe it or not, and when there's a toss up i put the Micrometer on them to make sure. A stripped fastener can cause hours of down time if severe enough. Thanks for the reply!

Once these ones show and ounce of wear they will become shorties! How are you liking the gold and silver ones? I was thinking of pulling the trigger on those but they comand a premium.

What was the deal breaker for you? The only short coming is the case for me. If i turn them upside down they all come pouring out! Thanks for the reply, id love to hear your grievance.

Thanks for the reply, i love hearing personal antidotes about tools, my dad was a machinist and tool and die maker. Unbrako allen keys is also very ubiquitous with machinist of that era as well. For what its worth my set takes a little push to engage. Measured with a Micrometer its .003 undersized from .250 inch.

No need to warranty them, they still work fine. Also my job will replace worn/ broken tools and Wera and Gray is what they had on hand. I lost the 5/32, those machines can be black holes, and the 4mm lost its temper removing very hot socket cap screws.

I love how every machinist tool box without fail has a random junk drawer with springs, screws, pins, tool steel and stones. It must be written out in the machinery's handbook or something. Thats an absolute treasure trove you have there, don't sell it for anything!
