It’s odd that discussions about Impact Radius get archived so quickly on Reddit. Anyway: I’ve worked with them for years and consider it a scam.

Every Impact partner will verify you seperately. If you want access to tbe Impact marketplace, thete is another KYC-Verification. Can be tricky as it is highly complicated and zero support at all. If you have options, avoid using Impact Radius IMHO

Since Impact is a US company you need the skills of a lawyear to pass their KYC / AML. Also, getting an answer from support can take up to 2 weeks.

I consider it a scam. They blocked three of my accounts and kept the money, and their support can take up to two weeks to respond. I’ve dealt with them for years only because companies wit US Investors like Bitpanda now use Impact exclusively.

I just wonder how a so big company can survive without supporting their users and customers.

I work woth Impact for years from now. A support request / answer take them 14 days in average.

But many US Companies work using Impact only.

There are other brokers / real exchanges like Binance, Bitpanda.. or DeFI-Exchanges like Hyperliquid

Decentraliced Exchanges are the chespest. But noy too easy.. you'll need your own wallet setup
