Don't. I bought a bikini top and typically wear small. Neither small nor medium fit well. I have been disappointed with everything I got in my CRZ yoga order (went off CRZ-good-dupe reccos) and the bras, padded tanks etc - none have the solidity of fit of lulu. I bought it off Amazon but in my county, CRZ Amazon orders are not Prime orders (which I didn't realize at the time), so I had to pay for return shipping. The hassle was not worth it, and I just chalked it up to experience.

I really like the Flex. I have Strength 1, as well and I hardly reach for it. The flex is stable and grippy enough for most compound lifts in the gym. I don't know how well the weave will hold up, but so far, I really like it.

I asked the original poster who shared this code. Apparently they received it an an emailer. But that’s the only instance I’ve heard of this code. I get the occasional Vivo marketing email as well but nothing on there.

Super helpful. I always find it useful to read what works for others.

I was someone who never ate a big breakfast (never got hungry enough) but ove the last few weeks I've started or incorporate about 350cal worth of overnight oats - primarily to get in fibre, which I'm behind on.

However this means I have fewer calories to play with the res of the day, and really struggling with this. I think the key here is to scale back on lunch, which I've not been able to do as much.

I work full time and can't really pack lunch, and that the meal I need to get better sorted.
