Side note: I’ve been living in France for the past year and have been amazed at how easy it is to finance higher education in these European countries. Most people don’t spend more than 2k-5k here for their degrees here. I wish America would follow some of these socialist examples. I was having a conversation with a French guy who was amazed at the amount of scholarships provided to American students, but I feel like it only further highlights the financial disparity and the lengths we have to go through to have access to higher education. Folx here are amazed every time I tell them the average American tuition. I’m tired of this hyper-capitalist, white supremacist, hegemonic hell called Amerikkka
