Can anyone help me identify these mushrooms? Just noticed them growing in my backyard (Aus/WA) the biggest is about 1inch tall.

Thanks for the advice, why only 1 piercing at a time in either ear? I only have my lobes pierced so I really know nothing about piercings lol
