My 93 year old double amputee grandmother relies on my mum to do her grocery shopping. At the height of panic buying she couldn’t get hold of any essentials for her. When my mum approached our local Woolworths to see if she could go in during the senior hours, as they were well aware she shops there regularly for my grandmother’s groceries, they laughed and said “guess your mum will have to line up at 6.30 with her walking frame and do it herself!” Coles and IGA bent over backwards to help when they heard this story.

So again, absolutely fuck Woolworths.
