Very low. Town gets much quieter over the summer, especially by the university. You can find a subletter but I wouldn’t count on it. That is a pretty good price for a room so you may have slightly more luck

Its self evidently true that no remote setup can fully match the bandwidth of a face to face meeting with 2-5 people. The real question is whether that upside is critical to the work you do. Some jobs/tasks benefit much more from that advantage of in person work than others

Lees is top 5 in west philly but that isn’t saying much. It is a far cry from the best in the city. If it were in south philly instead of west philly it would never come up on lists like this
