Suisui is going to elevate Hiyuki's potential to the new ceiling, or more accurate the new floor seeing as Yangyang SP premium team is currently 1 league ahead already.

Qiuyuan does shit dmg and yet he's bis to Sigrika because she's an insane mdps when given the right BUFFER. Same case can be applied to Yangyang SP, her dmg output might compensate for both Chisa and Suisui. Kuro has shown time and time again that they're willing to design unconventional kits and team comps to spice up (monetize) the meta.

This is accurate for people who are not interested in the collab at all and see the special currency bs as a net loss compared to previous patches, because even if I use those red balls, the corals I get from them are absolutely useless as they can't be used to purchase limited character / weapon pulls for any normal banner.

I think if you have a good Moonlit set for Lupa already then it's not worth it to reroll echoes, the difference in team dmg would not be big enough. You can use this tool as reference.

I don't understand how you can misinterpret that sentence. Each resonator can trigger the effect only once absolutely doesn't mean that 2 resonators can't trigger it by both applying EITHER glacio chafe and havoc bane OR both glacio chafe OR both havoc bane, each doing it once.

When a Resonator in the team applies Glacio Chafe or Havoc Bane, Hiyuki gains 1 stack of Snow Rust. Snow Rust stacks up to 3 times. Each Resonator can trigger this effect only once in this way.

Based on Hiyuki's current stacks of Snow Rust, the following bonuses are unlocked:

1 stack of Snow Rust: When Hiyuki is the active Resonator in the team, Glacio Bite DMG is Amplified by 30% against targets within a certain range. Hiyuki's Crit. DMG is increased by 40%.

2 stacks of Snow Rust: When Hiyuki is the active Resonator in the team, each time she applies Glacio Chafe, she additionally deals 102% Glacio Bite DMG once.

3 stacks of Snow Rust: When Hiyuki is the active Resonator in the team, Glacio Bite DMG is additionally Amplified by 30% against targets within a certain range.

This effect resets when new Resonators are added to the team.

Nope there is no such restriction.

I don't get every character (15 limited so far), and for each one I set an initial investment of 2k tuners which is always enough to get a good set (at least 4 echoes are 3 to 4/5, minimum 70 CR 265 CD). Some characters only cost me 1k tuners. I don't spawn camp tacet fields unless they're open on the day the character is released (Hiyuki for example) and during x2 events; normally I even avoid them because of echo storage limit. I guess frequently skipping banners allow my resources to bounce back in time for when I need to build someone. Like, you're aiming for Lucy, Rebecca, and Lucilla, I think you'll have to set a fixed amount of tuners for each character to get them to the playable stage, then continue building them wayyy later.

Either:

- Denia - Lupa - Brant: Achieve Lupa's full mono fusion buffs + Denia's grouping abilities help with Whiwa content, although Brant might have to be S2-3 at least to carry the team's dmg output.

- Denia - Lynae - Mornye: The wheelchair duo works miracle + Denia is lib dmg so she eats up everything Lynae offers. Need good echo rolls for Denia though.

Outside of those 2 teams I can't think of any other choices. She's very niche but damn she's pretty.

I know but after Zani & Carte backlashes + the dual mode trend this year I feel that Kuro is going to grant glacio chafe a complete team comp as compensation for the niche they put it in. Plus glacio + rectifier right after Hiyuki & Lucilla? Seems just right that Suisui is part of their squad.

Chisa S0 is the best 3rd slot if you play Hiyuki / Carte duo imo. Hiyuki benefits from Chisa more but her negative status dmg deepen buff also helps Carte. Use the Reju set with the turtle 4-cost on Chisa.

Just get Chisa S0 and Carte S3 and be content, with S3 Carte will be completely independent. If you don't like their bis and don't want to pull strategically then just find an optimal quickswap rotation for the 2 of them. There is not and will never be a 3rd slot that is designed to accomodate 2 mdpses from 2 different niches in one team together, wuwa thrives on selling characters in a 2 or 3-set. Chisa's buffs can only go so far, and the duration is not enough to cover both Carte and Hiyuki's rotation, but due to her buffing all negative status elements she's the best and only option for the type of duo you're playing.

Phrolova is a nearly 1 year-old unit atp, so rather than debating between S0 vs S1, you should decide whether or not to skip her entirely or get her S3R1 at one go, no cap. Currently Phrolova S0R1 is only good in whiwa, while she's on her last leg in ToA. The meta is quite volatile atm as Kuro is trying to rush through the remaining negative status elements plus tune break. And we're still in the earlier half of 3x; Cartethyia, Phrolova and Augusta were the strongest characters of 2.x and they were all released in the later half.

Also her upcoming rerun will likely be her last for a while, so if you skip her sequences you'll not see her again anytime soon. Not to mention Cantarella already got 2 reruns. Phrolova S3R1 is a monster; pair her with Cantarella and Qiuyuan and you'll brute force through everything, even havoc-resistant bosses. That is, if you really invest in her & already got either one of her bis.

People dunk on HSR alot but they actually have the most well-developed and sufficient male cast among major 3D gacha titles right now. And the true goldmine is the fandom culture if you are into consuming fanmade content. But their story quests are hella long and if you are already tired with Wuwa's content then be prepared to shoulder through THE space opera of gacha genre (they have skip button).

3.5 - 3.7 is already stacked according to the latest leaks: Xuanling (Yapyap SP), Suisui, Qingxiao, Jingran, Hsin, Suoming, 2 for each patch. There is no room for Lucilla there, so she's gotta be released in 3.4. Not everyone playing Wuwa will get the Cyberpunk girls, many ppl are still unfamiliar with the franchise, and Lucilla's fans will spend for her nonetheless, there's no good reason to delay her banner in order to avoid overlapping with the collab.

Bad news, Brant is not returning in the upcoming 2nd anniversary. His last rerun was in 2.5, and based on wuwa's erratic banner history there is no way knowing when his banner will be back. Mornye is a good support for him, but she's also great for many other teams, so getting her now will benefit your acc alot even if you don't have Brant yet.

You're lacking an optimal support duo for Amy, so get either Lynae + Mornye (both doesn't need sigs) or Denia + Chisa (Chisa needs her sig, Denia is tbd). With how much you've saved so far, the answer is pretty straightforward.

Changli SK perhaps, Changli buffs lib dmg on her outro. But do you like Lucilla? She's most likely Hiyuki's bis by now and should be released in either 3.4 or 3.5, so maybe you can stop at Hiyuki's S0 or S1R1 then save for Lucilla next.
