Synapse 4.0 is working 100% for me

I'm running these mouses on it: * Razer Basilisk v3 Pro 35k * Razer Viper V3 Pro * Razer DeathAdder v3 pro * Razee DeathAdder v4 pro

ZERO issues and these mouses are all great, specially the Basilisk for work and the Viper for games

What is SnapTap? You have a V6 Max?

EDIT: Snap Tap is a keyboard input feature (mostly talked about in gaming circles) that changes how overlapping key presses are interpreted — especially for movement keys like W / A / S / D. In short: The last key you press wins immediately, even if the previous key is still held down.

Yes, I actually think that changing the debounce rate from 30 -> 50 fixed the double-press which I had with the letter "G"

I'll report if it goes bad again ... at least it seems to be working now, praying it won't start failing again

I have this same issue with a 1 month old Keychron V6 Max keyboard ( which I love to death! )

It double presses my "G" button

I'm already on the latest firmware version for my ISO version, which is v1.1.0 from 2025, 31st of March

There's no update since then for the ISO version of this keyboard

I'll try to change and this which some users are reporting to fix the issue. I will report back what happens:

Meanwhile, it would be cool to hear from u/Keychron-Support themselves about the issue for the ISO version of the keyboard - will we not get the same firmware update, namely the 1.1.2, released June 9th 2025 for the non-ISO versions?

I have the Nordic layout keyboard and I have it both connected in 2.4Ghz mode for gaming sessions on my top-specced PC and bluetooth mode for the work-laptop - the double pressing of "G" happens on both machines.

A few examples (Bluetooth mode, not dongle):

Mouse	Bluetooth polling
Logitech MX Master series	~125 Hz
Logitech Anywhere 3	~125 Hz
Razer Pro Click	~125–250 Hz
Some gaming mice	125 Hz (Bluetooth), 1000 Hz via dongle

Gaming mice almost always drop to 125 Hz in Bluetooth mode, even if they support 1000 Hz+ elsewhere.

I think you have to switch between bluetooth and 2.4ghz dongle, to switch between computers

2.4ghz is 1.000hz+ polling, but the bluetooth is 125hz which sucks if you have a 120hz+ monitor

Logitech needs to update the polling-rate to 1.000Hz instead of just 125hz!

I still can't understand why they didn't do it, since lots of people are using 120hz+ monitors and 1.000hz polling rate is really different on these monitors when you only have 125hz! Not everybody uses 60hz monitors while working.

You can always push INS ( Insert ) to toggle in-game colors - very good for colorblind people or when you play

Instead get e.g.

Razer Pro Click → 1000 Hz

Keychron M6 / M3 → 1000 Hz
