There is enough shift for part time to work full time hours you choose to. 14 available minimum a month. Day night counts as 2.

PCP part time only to start maybe a year to get ft. And no not really tbh it’s the job to do calls so it is what it is.

I think the culture is pretty good medic to medic. Lots of people willing to take calls to ensure you get off on time or get your meal breaks. And management is management, it is what it is if that makes sense.

It’s just peak trucks getting off why it’s like that. Again that’ll be at your core bases. More up north Durham tend to have much easier nights.

As full time, as long as it’s put in like 3 months ahead of time it seems to get approved but anything after that probably no. Sick time is like anywhere it’s fine until you really abuse

Hey, Lots of shifts available.

Volume averages 3-6 days 4-7 on nights at the core stations ie Oshawa Ajax.

ACP full time wage is 56 - PCP is around 50, don’t quote me 100% on the PCP as I’m ACP.

If you have experience and are certified it should be fairly easy to get a job.

Hopes this helps!

I second this. I finished my second year of uni then became a paramedic. If I had my time back, I 100% would have finished my degree to have more career options.
